-Reading:

-Reading Response Journal Entry making text-to-self connections to Chapter 12 of "Number the Stars" using the Empathy strategy learned from Reading Workshop on November 19th. Grade 5's 1/2 page, Grade 6's 3/4 page. Have completed by next reading class on MONDAY.

-STUDENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE READING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY ON A REGULAR BASIS!

-ALWAYS have a "Just Right"  (grade level, appropriate, etc.) book ready for every reading class.

-Have begun work on "All About Me" web design. Presentations will be done on Wednesday December 2nd.

Math:

-Relating, Comparing and Ordering Decimals Skill Questions AND concept Questions  due Friday (on the Google Classroom). Performance Task to be given out Monday.

-Grade 6: Began work on Task #4 (resources posted to the Google Classroom).

Health:

-Grade 5's: Working on 5 frame storyboard in groups - Due for Presentation Monday November 23rd. 

Grade 6's: Write out list of factors that make you decide you want to eat/drink something - Due for Presentation Monday November 23rd.

Visual Arts:

-Began studying Islamic Art (to be continued next Art class).

Drama/Dance:

-Bullying drama role play - due for presentation Wednesday November 25th.
