Language:

-Reading:

-Synthesizing ideas reading response journal entry.
-PLEASE BRING (or have available) an independent reading text (a "Just Right" text).
-Here is our class "EPIC Reading" code: ury6154.
-STUDENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE READING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY ON A REGULAR BASIS!
-ALWAYS have a "Just Right"  (grade level, appropriate, etc.) book ready for every reading class. 
-The following website you can now sign out books in the York Region District School Board DIGITAL LIBRARY!:


-Writing:
-Research information and take jot notes (using our tips from the writing lesson and boxes and bullets) and put these jot notes into sentences to add to your flash drafts. Also come up and grow ideas to add to your drafts after reflecting on your gathered research.



-Media Literacy:
-Media Literacy work included in our Netflix book reports on Number the Stars.


Math:

-Assessment done today.
