Language:


-Reading:
-Number the Stars focus questions for Chapter 10 and 11 posted online from Friday.
-PLEASE BRING (or have available) an independent reading text (a "Just Right" text).
-Here is our class "EPIC Reading" code: ury6154.
-STUDENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE READING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY ON A REGULAR BASIS!
-ALWAYS have a "Just Right"  (grade level, appropriate, etc.) book ready for every reading class. 
-The following website you can now sign out books in the York Region District School Board DIGITAL LIBRARY!:


-Writing:
-Revise your stories by stretching out the tension during the "Rising Action" part of your narratives.
-Pick a story from your portfolio and revicse it to include a "big meaning." Can also revise using the 4 points we discussed in today's lesson.


-Media Literacy:
-Social Justice Products and Services websites - Presentations now complete.


Math:

-Comparing and Ordering Fractions Action Task will be continued tomorrow. You don't have to complete the Your Turn questions (but you can if you would like to).

-Assignment #2 due Day 2 on Tuesday December 7th.


Social Studies:
-Work on the Canadian Identity Poem and slideshow from the Social Studies Assignment. Due date will be discussed in class.

-Inclusivity role-plays have now begun. Will be due for presentation in two classes.
