Homework


Language:


-Reading:
-FOR THE SNOW DAY PLEASE DO A SECOND 1/2 reading response about special "objects" and their significant in the novel as reflected by the most recent reading lesson.-THIS WILL BE CHECKED NEXT CLASS!
-STUDENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE READING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY ON A REGULAR BASIS!
-ALWAYS have a "Just Right"  (grade level, appropriate, etc.) book ready for every reading class

-The following website you can now sign out books in the York Region District School Board DIGITAL LIBRARY!:


-Writing:
-Look at the notes that will be posted on the Writing Google classroom and input timelines into your research report.. 

-Media Literacy:

Math:

-Comparing Surface Area and Volume Action Task has begun on Verticle classroom. Please look at the Math notes and resources on the Math Google classroom to get caught up if you were away today and we will continue the action task tomorrow.- ASSESSMENT WILL BE ON TUESDAY MARCH 3RD OR WEDNESDAY MARCH 4TH.

-Solar System final task has begun. Please start gathering materials for building the model of the Solar System.


Social Studies:
-Task #2 of our new unit now due.



Health:

-The sentence prompts from today will be due for next Health class (regarding the lesson on "Am I Hungry? Am I Full?").


Visual Arts:
-We are working on our Aurora Borealis Pastel Artwork. We will be given more time in class to do this so there is no need to work on this at home.


Drama/Dance:
-Protagonist/Antagonist skit writing is in progress.
