Homework, News, and Announcements

Language:


-Reading:
-Describe examples of how you used visualization for chapter 11 (from our lesson on Monday). Grade 5's 1/2 page, Grade 6's 3/4 page. Have completed by next reading class on Wednesday.
-STUDENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE READING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY ON A REGULAR BASIS!
-ALWAYS have a "Just Right"  (grade level, appropriate, etc.) book ready for every reading class. 

-The following website you can now sign out books in the York Region District School Board DIGITAL LIBRARY!:


-Writing:
-Grade 5 and 6's - Edit for commas after making the chart we created in class -Narrative Due November 25th.


-Media Literacy:
-N/A.


Math:

-Comparing and Ordering Decimals Action Task and Your Turn Questions will be due on Wednesday. Try the game as well! We will have more time to work on this Tuesday as well. It is posted on the Math Google Classroom.

-Grade 5's: Working on 5 frame storyboard in groups - Due for Presentation Monday November 23rd. 
Grade 6's: Write out list of factors that make you decide you want to eat/drink something - Due for Presentation Monday November 23rd..


Visual Arts:
-Working on Indigenous Line Art - Due on Tuesday November 17th.


Drama/Dance:

-Have now begun bullying drama role play.
