Homework, News, and Announcements


Language:


-Reading:
-Describe a character using PRECISE words, then come up with a metaphor to describe the character. Then back up your description with examples and evidence.
-STUDENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE READING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY ON A REGULAR BASIS!
-ALWAYS have a "Just Right" book ready for every reading class.

-Find a structure style from a text and use it in your own research paper.


-Media Literacy:

Social Studies:

-Complete the Bill Proposals Graphic Organizers and be prepared to present your bills in a town hall meeting for next Social Studies class - PRESENTATIONS NOW DUE!


Health:

-Choose one of the three commercials we watched and rated and answer the questions on the back of the page you received today..


Visual Arts:
-Sketching - Selection of a variety of fruit.
