Language:

-Reading:

-Came up with a system for finding books that are Just Right. Notes posted on the Reading Google Classroom.
-Here is our class "Epic Reading" code: ubx3440.
-STUDENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE READING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY ON A REGULAR BASIS!

-ALWAYS have a "Just Right"  (grade level, appropriate, etc.) book ready for every reading class.
-The following website you can now sign out books in the York Region District School Board DIGITAL LIBRARY!:
-Writing:
-Put in your "Big Meaning" into your story. See Google Class notes.
-Cursive letter "H."



-Media Literacy:
-Worked on Web Design Project. Due on Wednesday October 22nd.


Math:
-Classifying Whole Numbers Concept Questions Assessment done today! 

-Here are some good math resources to explore: 

-Introduced Hinterland Who's Who Assignment. Will be worked more on in class.


Social Studies:
-Task #3 worked on. Will be due by next class. Task #2 DUE TODAY!


Visual Arts:
-Began work on Cartooning! 

Health:

-Groups made for hunger and thirst cues skits. Posted on the Health Google Classroom.


Drama/Dance:
-Introduced Lesson #5 Cultural Dance Research Project. Will be given more time to work on.
