Updates from the current day are always in yellow highlights.


Language:

-Reading:

-Read up to the end of Chapter 7 of Number the Stars. Students are to complete a RETELL of JUST THIS CHAPTER using Synthesis Retelling. They are then to answer the response questions posted on the Reading Google Clasroom. See notes posted on the Reading Google Classroom.
-Here is our class "Epic Reading" code: ubx3440.
-STUDENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE READING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY ON A REGULAR BASIS!

-ALWAYS have a "Just Right"  (grade level, appropriate, etc.) book ready for every reading class.
-The following website you can now sign out books in the York Region District School Board DIGITAL LIBRARY!:
-Writing:
-Revise your stories based on the feedback that was given on your doc.
-Cursive letter "I."



-Media Literacy:
-Web Design presentations now complete.


Math:
-Patterning Unit Lesson #7. Complete from the Action Task down on the lesson notes. See Math Google Classroom.

-Hinterland Who's Who Assignment presentations ongoing.


Social Studies:
-Task #4 presentations completed.


Visual Arts:
-Remembrance Day Pointillism and Stippling activities introduced and worked on. To be continued on November 10th.

Health:

-Hunger and thirst cues skits delayed due to Dance Workshop!. Will be presented ASAP.

Drama/Dance:
-Dance workshop completed.
-Worked on Lesson #5 Cultural Dance Research Project. Will be given more time to work on.
