EQAO to be completed, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Language:

-Reading:

-Make a note of how a non-fiction text has connected or carried over into your everyday life and interests.  Read and answer the 10th section (pages 169-183) questions of "To Hope and Back." See Google Classroom. Lens Reading Responses now due!
-Here is our class "Epic Reading" code: ubx3440.
-STUDENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE READING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY ON A REGULAR BASIS!

-ALWAYS have a "Just Right"  (grade level, appropriate, etc.) book ready for every reading class.
-The following website you can now sign out books in the York Region District School Board DIGITAL LIBRARY!:
-Writing:
-Essays now due. 
-Morpheme work. Complete Week 6 Day 4. See Google Classroom post.


-Media Literacy:
-The "Who is Creating this message?" Media Literacy task is now due.


Math:
-Assessment will be this week due to EQAO. 
-Next quiz will be for /9. See Divisibility rules reference sheet. 

-Here are some good math resources to explore: 

-Flight Lesson #5 worked on. Finish by Monday. 


Social Studies:
-Canada's Interactions with the Global Community Journal Assignment #2 ongoing. 3 entries a week.


Visual Arts:
-Complete your reflection on Visual Arts and Canadian culture.

Health:

-Students lead a fitness break and a healthy eating tip in groups.

Drama/Dance:

-Identify the Elements of Drama in a selected cultural theatre piece and answer the "Ticket-Out-the-Door" prompt. See The Arts Google Classroom notes. Will complete another response next week.
