Language:

-Reading:

-Non-Fiction Article presentations ongoing. City of Ember Movie Comparison and Final Task. Due on Friday April 10th.
-Here is our class "Epic Reading" code: ubx3440.
-STUDENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE READING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY ON A REGULAR BASIS!

-ALWAYS have a "Just Right"  (grade level, appropriate, etc.) book ready for every reading class.
-The following website you can now sign out books in the York Region District School Board DIGITAL LIBRARY!:
-Writing:
-Research reports due TODAY! 
-Morpheme work began. Completed Week 2 Day 4. See Google Classroom post.


-Media Literacy:
-Worked on the "Who is Creating this message?" task. Will have more time to work on questions #1 - 3 next day 5. NEW DUE DATE: Due on Wednesday April 15th.


Math:
-Fractions Lesson #6  Action Task and Your Turn Questions. See Google Classroom. 
-Next quiz will be for /5. See Divisibility rules reference sheet. 

-Here are some good math resources to explore: 

-Electricity Design Challenge worked on. Will continue to work on.


Social Studies:
-Canada's Interactions with the Global Community Task #4 will be worked on Thursday and will be due at the end of the class on Friday.  


Visual Arts:
-Worked on perspective art with exploring structures. Will continue this exploration and practice next week. ***PLEASE START TO COLLECT RECYCLED MATERIALS FOR OUR NEXT ART PROJECT (examples: egg cartons, drink boxes, cardboard food containers , plastic bottles...all should be empty and clean)***.

Health:

-Continued our discussion on Healthy Relationships. Will continue next week. 

Drama/Dance:
-Inclusion role plays worked on Thursday and Friday. See The Arts Google Classroom.
