Language:

-Reading:

-Read up to the end of Chapter 20 of the City of Ember and complete the posted comprehension questions. See Reading Google Classroom.
-Here is our class "Epic Reading" code: ubx3440.
-STUDENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE READING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY ON A REGULAR BASIS!

-ALWAYS have a "Just Right"  (grade level, appropriate, etc.) book ready for every reading class.
-The following website you can now sign out books in the York Region District School Board DIGITAL LIBRARY!:
-Writing:
-Redraft your information in your research reports to make it sound more formal. See Writing Google Classroom for more information.

Math:
-Decimal Operations Lesson #4 Action Task and Your Turn Questions. See Google Classroom for notes and resources.

Social Studies:
-Complete Canada's Interactions with the Global Community Task #1. See Google Classroom notes. Is due for submitting next Tuesday March 3rd.


Visual Arts:
-Introduced Islamic-inspired Art and practiced skills making a symmetrical design. Will be continued next Art class.

Health:

-Finished our lesson on Stereotypes. Write two examples/ways that a stereotype can be harmful to a particular group. Then complete the Exit Card attached to the Google Classroom post for next Health Class.

Drama/Dance:
-Drama Improv. games/activities continued during Drama Class.
