-Ponder (for next class) some moments of our read aloud "Number the Stars" where you might have been confused and see how our strategies today might have helped clarify the meaning for you.
-STUDENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE READING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY ON A REGULAR BASIS!
-ALWAYS have a "Just Right" (grade level, appropriate, etc.) book ready for every reading class.

-Group 2: Compare some parts of your writing to the Narrative Writing Checklist using the "elaboration" and "craft" sections and then peer assess someone else's work to then make revisions.
