Language:

-Reading:

-Read up to page 24 ("Lisa") of "To Hope and Back." Set two or three reading goals for this upcoming year.

-Here is our class "Epic Reading" code: ubx3440.

-STUDENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE READING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY ON A REGULAR BASIS!

-ALWAYS have a "Just Right"  (grade level, appropriate, etc.) book ready for every reading class.

-Writing:

-Complete the "Holiday" paragraph practice sheet attached to the Writing Google Classroom and then write one paragraph with the topic of your choice. This will be due next Writing day (Day 2).

Math:

-Representing Whole Numbers Unit Review. Complete the Skill Questions for Wednesday. Assessment will be on Thursday or Friday of this week.

Science:

-Biodiversity Task #2 introduced and worked on. Biodiversity Task #1 due today (Thursday, September 17th). 

Social Studies:

-Worked on Task #1. Presentations will be presented next day 5 on Monday September 28th.

Visual Arts:

-Introduced the Limited Colour Palette Collage with the theme of "Reconciliation." See The Arts Google Classroom.

Health:

-Answer the reflection questions for your table's assigned scenario. To be completed by next Health class. See the Health Google Classroom.

Drama/Dance:

-Complete the last slide of the "Evolution of Dance Slideshow" for lesson #2 which asks the question to reflect on which dancer's philosophy you connect with most.
