-Literature Circles. Completed second round of Literature circle tasks.

-STUDENTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE READING AT LEAST 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY ON A REGULAR BASIS!

-ALWAYS have a "Just Right"  (grade level, appropriate, etc.) book ready for every reading class.

-Poetry Lesson #1. Find a poem that "speaks" to you. Analyze it with the Poetry Response Model. See Google Classroom notes. 


-Media Literacy:
-Write your news report . Due TODAY!...UPDATE...I HAVE POSTED THE RUBRIC YOU WILL BE MARKED WITH SO THE SUCCESS CRITERIA AND RUBRIC ARE BOTH NOW VISIBLE AND AVAILABLE.


Math:
-Measurement Assessment started today. Will continue on Tuesday. 
-Here are some math resources to explore for extra support: 

-Flight Task #3 worked on. Due next Day 2 on Wednesday.


Social Studies:
-Canada's Interactions with the Global Community Assignment #1 worked on. Due next day 4 on May 30th. 


Visual Arts:
-Visual Arts and Culture reflection introduced. Will be worked on again next Day 5. Worked on Northern Lights Art now complete.



Health:
-Substance Use and Abuse Exit Card. Hand in to the Health Google Classroom assignment if you didn't complete it on paper.


Drama/Dance:
-Fractured Fairytales writing for skits continued. To be presented next Day 3.
